Welcome to Lexington Palace Villa, a spacious sanctuary in Uluwatu & Bingin set within a tropical garden. Accommodating up to 13 guests across 3 separate buildings, this air-conditioned estate is practical for groups and families wanting both shared spaces and personal privacy. The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi and shared free parking in the same building. You will be greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival. Featuring expansive windows and an outdoor terrace, the home is designed with everyday conveniences in mind, including a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a complimentary baby cot and high chair, a spacious 11.5-meter swimming pool, and a shaded bar counter and hangout area right by the pool.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms feature beds outfitted with included linens, ample wardrobe space, and a secure safety box. The bathrooms are prepared with complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, a hairdryer, and an iron with an ironing board. For larger groups, the villa staff can set up extra beds upon request. Families will appreciate the inclusion of a complimentary baby cot and high chair, while additional baby items can be arranged if needed. For added convenience, two of the bedrooms feature freestanding bathtubs, and two of the bedrooms include dedicated workspaces for guests who need to catch up on emails while away.

Outdoor Areas

Step outside to the spacious 11.5-meter swimming pool, suitable for daily swims and bordered by tropical greenery. Guests can lounge on reclining chairs under pool umbrellas, with fresh pool towels included for use. Right by the 11.5-meter pool, you will find a shaded bar counter and hangout area, providing a practical gathering space for groups to share drinks and spend time together outdoors.

The bright and spacious interior areas are designed for gathering. You can relax in front of the Smart TV in the living space. The open-concept design flows into a fully equipped kitchen that includes everyday culinary essentials, such as a microwave, toaster, and a coffee machine for your morning brew.

Our Concierge Team are also on hand should you wish to arrange any additional services.
